All articles published in our journals and proceedings are fully open access and freely available online as soon as they are published. Readers and university libraries will never be charged subscription fees. To support this model, we charge Article Processing Charges (APCs), which cover a range of publishing services including submission and editorial systems, article production and hosting, indexing and abstracting support, and author services.
APCs are only charged after a manuscript has been accepted. At that point, formatting checks begin, and once the APC payment is completed, the article is published online without delay.
To promote equitable access to scholarly publishing, the journal adopts a differentiated Article Processing Charge (APC) policy based on the economic classification of authors' countries, as determined by Gross National Income (GNI) per capita. The applicable APCs are as follows:
Classification | APC (excluding taxs) |
High Income Countries | EUR 390 |
Upper Middle-Income Countries | EUR 328 |
Lower Middle-Income Countries | EUR 218 |
Low Income Countries | EUR 180 |
Accepted Payment Method: Bank Transfer. For detailed instructions on how to complete your payment, please refer to the payment information provided on the invoice.
